How It Works

2. Design Discussion – We'll discuss your vision and I'll advise on options, pricing, and timescales.
3. Approval – A design mock-up or concept will be provided where appropriate before work begins.
4. Creation – Once approved, I'll begin creating your bespoke item.
5. Delivery – Your finished piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

   As every commission is unique, prices vary depending on:

   • Design complexity
   • Stitch count and embroidery time
   • Materials required
   • Size of the finished item
   • Personalisation requirements

   A no-obligation quote will be provided before any work begins. 

   Lead Times

   Commission turnaround times vary throughout the year, particularly during busy seasonal periods. Estimated completion times will be provided when discussing your order.

   Please Note

   As commissioned items are made specifically to your requirements, they are non-returnable unless faulty.

   Colours, fabrics, and placement may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.
