Shipping costs are based on the number of items in your basket.

  21+ items.                      FREE

Dispatch Times

• Ready-made items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• Personalised or custom-made items are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days.

If there is likely to be a delay, I’ll contact you as soon as possible.

I currently ship to England, Scotland and Wales.

If you’re outside these areas and would like to place an order, please get in touch before ordering.

• Yes, postage is automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items ordered.

Do you offer free delivery?

• Free UK delivery is available on orders of 21 items or more.

Do you ship internationally?

• At present, UK shipping is available. If you are outside the UK, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll be happy to provide a postage quote.

 

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside my control. While delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur during busy periods.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after a reasonable amount of time, please get in touch and I’ll do everything I can to help.
