Customer-Supplied Item Disclaimer

Whilst every care is taken when embroidering customer-supplied garments and items, Moss & Thread UK cannot accept responsibility for damage, loss, colour bleeding, fabric distortion, hoop marks, needle marks, shrinkage, or any other unforeseen issues that may occur during the embroidery process.

By providing your own garment or item for embroidery, you acknowledge that embroidery is a permanent process and that results may vary depending on the fabric type, condition, and suitability of the item supplied.

Moss & Thread UK reserves the right to refuse embroidery on items deemed unsuitable for the process. In the unlikely event that a customer-supplied item is damaged during embroidery, liability will be limited to the cost of the embroidery service only. No compensation will be offered for the value of the garment or item supplied by the customer.
